Four steps, a physical prototype you approve before production, and a door-to-door price.
The magnetic rigid box is the best seller for corporate gifting: rigid board, wrapped, with a magnetic closure and that slow opening that makes people go quiet. The lift-off lid is the classic winery box, sober and more economical. The book-style opens from the side and presents the bottle lying down, which is what you want on a shelf or in an airport shop.
The wooden box is for editions that get kept: pine or plywood, screen printed or pyrographed, with a life that does not end when the wine does. The drawer box slides open like a matchbox and works particularly well for two- and three-bottle sets. All five take one to six bottles, and all five carry an insert die-cut to your measurements.
One real unit, with its label and its capsule. The insert comes from that: the shoulder, the overall height and the base diameter are what decide, not the catalogue sheet.
We settle on construction, material and finish, and lay out the artwork in your identity. If you have brand guidelines we follow them; if not, we propose. You see a 3D mock-up before a euro is spent on board.
We make one physical unit, in your material with your print, and send it with the bottle inside. You open it, close it, shake it. Nothing goes into production until you sign it off in writing.
Production, export packing and pallets. We handle freight and customs and unload at your winery. The usual lead time is six to eight weeks from prototype approval.
Because below that figure the cutting die, the press set-up and the freight are shared between so few boxes that the unit price stops making sense for you. If you need fewer, say so anyway: sometimes we can add you to a production already scheduled for another client in the same format, and then the minimum drops.
Yes. We quote delivered to your winery, with freight, insurance and import formalities included. It is the only way for you to compare like with like: an ex-works price without logistics does not tell you what the box will actually cost.
Yes, and it is included in the project. We start from your identity - label, typography, colours - and propose two directions. If you would rather your own designer did it, we send them the open die line with bleeds, dimensions and safe areas.
If the new bottle has different dimensions, the insert die has to be remade; the outer box and the artwork carry over. That is why we ask at the start whether the format is final: changing it after the first production run is the most common avoidable cost in this business.
Yes, as long as they share construction and dimensions. It is the norm for wineries with several references: one box with four different artworks comes out far cheaper than four separate productions.
Send us one unit and we send back the finished box, so you can see it before deciding.
