Built around your bottle
The insert is die-cut from the real bottle, not from a standard measurement. You send us one unit and the board is cut to its shoulder, its height and its base diameter.
It is the box. We design and manufacture presentation boxes for wineries that sell a bottle for what it is: a gift someone will open in front of other people.
A short film with the five constructions opening: the magnetic closure, the lift-off lid, the book, the wood and the drawer.
A bottle in a good box is not given the way a loose bottle is given, and it is not priced the same either. The box is what turns your wine into a corporate gift, a limited edition, or the object that stays on the table for the length of the dinner. We design it, prototype it, manufacture it and deliver it to your winery.

You get a physical box, made in your material with your print, with your bottle inside. Nothing goes into production until you have held it and signed it off.
Manufacture, export packing, palletising, freight and customs. One point of contact and one price: what you see on the quote is what you pay.
Nobody remembers a shipment. Everybody remembers opening something. In corporate gifting, in the airport shop and on the Christmas table, the box is what holds the price up: it is the difference between a bottle that simply gets uncorked and one somebody photographs before opening.
These are the two tiers the factory quotes. The unit price drops with volume, but the heaviest item is freight, which is a fixed cost per shipment: that is why 5,000 works out considerably better than 3,000.
